Once made, the syrup will be good for about 2 months stored in the fridge.
RECOMMENDED SERVING DIRECTIONS
Give 1 teaspoon to children and 1 tablespoon to adults as needed for symptoms.
IMPORTANT NOTES
* avoid chamomile if allergic to marigolds, daisies, or chrysanthemums.
* use licorice only under direction of your naturopath as there are several potential contraindications.
(Licorice should only be taken in low doses if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid licorice with betablockers and other hypertensive medications. Long-term use of licorice may elevate blood pressure. Long term use of licorice may deplete potassium levels in the body. Use with caution if taking cortisone and predniolone medications)
