Your Wellness Plan Consultation is the essential second step in your naturopathic care, and in many ways, it's where the real work begins.

By the time we meet for this appointment, I will have reviewed everything you've sent through: your food and symptom diary, your mood and wellbeing appraisal, and the results of any pathology or functional testing we organised at your initial consultation. I'll have prepared a detailed Report of Findings for each set of results so we can go through them together in plain language.

This appointment is about making sense of your full picture, updating your treatment plan with real data, and ensuring you leave with a clear, confident, and actionable path forward.

Before this appointment

Please ensure you have sent through all of the following at least 2 business days before we meet:

  • Your completed food and symptom diary

  • Your mood and wellbeing appraisal results

  • All pathology and functional test results

This allows me to review and prepare your Reports of Findings in advance so we can make the most of every minute together.

  • A review of how you've been feeling since your initial consultation

  • Assessment of your tolerance and response to your initial supplement prescription

  • A thorough review of your food and symptom diary

  • Discussion of your mood and wellbeing appraisal results (if applicable)

  • A detailed Report of Findings for your pathology and/or functional test results, explained in plain language using therapeutic ranges, not just the standard clinical ranges that leave most people confused

  • An updated, comprehensive Wellness Treatment Plan tailored to what your results reveal

  • Revised or new herbal and supplement prescriptions where indicated

  • Updated dietary and lifestyle recommendations

  • Clear guidance on what to focus on next and when to follow up

Following this appointment, I'll email you your updated Wellness Treatment Plan, a comprehensive, easy-to-follow document that brings everything together. It will include your symptom overview, your test result summaries, your full prescription with instructions, dietary and lifestyle guidance, and your recommended next steps.
